(From “Seasoned With Love” M&E 448)
CONTACT: Jytt, c/o Janne Jokinen, Ilmarinkatu 28 A 34, 33500 Tampere, Finland
Who’ve got echoy guitar to start with, laid back, then some great guitar fuzz breaks in, nice vocals and then the big break whaps you in the ear.

11. Grasp - “How?
(From their Demo “Cosmic Camping” M&E special guest band)
CONTACT : Katrina Rainbow, 44a Quarry Rigg, Lake Road, Bowness On Windermere, LA23 3DT, U.K.
They’re singing of Empty Spaces this time, are the vocals double tracked or are there two of them, great sound, relax to this one in between the loud stuff.

(From “Western Union” M&E 436)
CONTACT: P.O.Box 9162, Santa Rosa, CA 95405-1162, USA
Well we do have some strange vocals on this one, is it Bjork coming in the back door, but it’s not bad at all and with plenty of percussion.

13. Acidfuck - “Dance Of The Machine Elves
(From “The Arabian Mushroom” M&E 445)
CONTACT : Kev Trundley, 8 Coris Close, Marton Manor, Middlesbrough, Cleveland TS7 8SR, U.K.
AHHHH!!! Fuzz it’s the fuzz, well it’s got electronic effects too, I can just about hang in with this one and it does grow on one.

(From “Fourteen Mirrors” M&E 452)
CONTACT: Ivo Vladimirov, 91-6-104, 1797 Mladost 1, Sofia, Bulgaria
This is an electronic track and I’m not going to even try and comment on this one, I wouldn’t know where to start.

15. Blacklight Braille - “Cryptolythic Instrumental
(From “Old Bones & Sacred Stones” M&E 450)
CONTACT: Owen Knight, 530 Flatt, Cincinnati, OH 45232 USA
What’s this, it a mix of classical style instruments, electronic and jazz, dunno it doesn’t leave me cold, so it must be OK.

16. Star Period Star - “Bluejays Are Vampires
(From “Revisited 94-96” M&E 446)
CONTACT: Dave, Super 800, PO Box 7171, Rosemont, IL 60018 USA
Power chords, loud drums, it’s rock’n’roll but surely a glass menagerie wouldn’t last long, then the synth gets going, still it seems to work, gets the foot tapping.

17. Sleepy People - “Nicky’s Little Army
(From “Blunt Nails In A Sharp Wall” M&E 442)
CONTACT: Paul Hope, Soporific Foundation, PO Box 613, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 2WN UK
